The Minister of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dubravka Bošnjak, held talks with the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Thomas Fitschen, and the Military Attaché, Franz-Josef Nolte, regarding the demining of mine suspected areas in BiH, as well as the continuation of strengthening cooperation with international partners.

Achievements of the EU funded project presented at the #RavnopravnoRazličiti conference
Project conference #RavnopravnoRazličiti (Different but Equal) was held on 7 September 2021 as a hybrid event at the Hotel Europe in Sarajevo and the ZOOM platform and gathered 60 participants from organizations of persons with disabilities, representatives of project local communities, public institutions and civil society organizations.

In EU funded project, 6 landmine survivors successfully completed ultra trail and urged relevant institution in BiH to fulfill remaining Mine Ban Treaty’s obligations
During the past weekend, 6 amputees – mine survivors successfully completed two-stage Ultra trail #RavnopravnoRazličiti (Different, but Equal) Bjelasnica – Jahorina in the length of 52 kilometers.

Beekeeping As a Way Of Empowering Mine Victims
ITF has successfully enabled the participation of beekeepers, mine/UXO victims from BIH, in a training program, where they learned more about the culture of beekeeping, thanks to the support from the Republic of Korea.
